Review the staff or motivate them more because there is a real concern about the welcome and the way of communicating, especially on the part of certain employees. Don't want to serve you! However the young blond and the blonde lady who have been there for a while who are at the top, keep it up and the others take their example from them.
I love the vegetable-based steak sandwiches plus the ability to choose your ingredients, friendly service ☺️

I am not new to this establishment and I learned when paying that the loyalty cards are no longer relevant, no message has been published on this subject.
⚠️I also report that a towel was forgotten in our order.
However, the little extra and what earns you a second star is an air-conditioned and pleasant room where life is good.
I highly recommend.
Very unhappy, I came across a waitress who was angry, unpleasant, we had the impression of being in the way, when it was time to pay, there were three of us, but two counts, she told me I had to say it first, in a dry tone. And I was missing the packet of chips for my daughter, I wouldn't go back! Very bad experience. My friend didn't like it either
A quiet place despite the position (in front of the road), a good variety of sandwiches offered and the service is rather fast.
The employees are pleasant, I just regret the lack of space in this fast food restaurant: difficult to help yourself from the fountain when there are people (in the corner, and you have to go back through the queue to get to the tables) and 'have choice where to place yourself.

But 1 other unpleasant employee, no hello, who cuts the bread and reduces it to crumbs. I have almost nothing in my sandwich knowing that I don't have any vegetables. I ended up with 4 slices of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese (for a sub30) when I asked for rostis at the end of my meal. order I took a thought (what I can conceive but not the way in which it was said)
Then we paid for a menu but no drink in the bag. Don't ask either.
Then madame quickly left to look at her phone in front of us of course. While the other employee was ETZIT courteous and pleasant.
Fast food restaurant very well located, you eat quickly and well, lots of choice in what you put in your sandwich, friendly and smiling staff, large choice of drinks but quite limited choice of desserts. The tables and toilets are clean. In short, an ideal place to eat in less than an hour and close to the bus hub
